Testing & Commissioning
During testing and commissioning, MEMCO oversees a comprehensive evaluation and integration of systems to ensure the train's operational readiness. They conduct static and dynamic tests at the depot, assessing functionality and reliability under different conditions. MEMCO also performs type and routine tests on the mainline, validating performance in real-world settings as per test protocol including speed, braking, acceleration and deacceleration to meet safety standards.
During commissioning, MEMCO conducts tests with real-service scenarios to validate the train's performance. They closely monitor these tests, gathering data on reliability, efficiency, and safety to enhance the train's design. MEMCO identifies issues, abnormalities and troubleshoot it with collaborating design team for continuous improvement.
Post warranty period
MEMCO offers continuous support during the Defects Liability Period, promptly addressing maintenance needs to minimize disruptions. Our focus is on thorough testing, personnel training, and efficient issue resolution to ensure smooth train operations. We also provides training for maintenance staff, ensuring they're proficient in running trains and handling maintenance and emergencies
